- Delivery Time: 2–5 business days depending on your city.
- Shipping Fee: Calculated at checkout based on your area.
- Cash on Delivery: Available for all orders.
- Order Processing: Orders placed before 6 PM are prepared the same day.

🚚 Shipping Process

Once your order is confirmed, our team packs it and hands it to our delivery partner. You'll receive updates along the way so you always know where your package is.

🔄 Returns

Please inspect your order carefully at the moment of delivery, while the courier is still with you.
- You may open the package and refuse it on the spot if you no longer want it, or if there's an issue with your order.
- Once the courier has left and delivery is accepted, the order is final — we do not accept returns or exchanges after that point, for any reason.

We recommend opening your package in front of the courier to confirm everything is correct before accepting delivery.
